ABSTRACT
Application for Analysis and Validation of Biological Data
This invention, called hereafter APPLICATION, is a computer implemented method that relates to an integrated approach that analyses biological data from human organisms (other mammals may be included in the future) in a validated way that can be used to test, το prognose diseases of living organisms and can sustain to a healthy human life.
It is based on the design of a language, (in a protein-centered perspective) that utilises data from any kind of facility – hardware, software, devices, wearables, testing mechanisms, data-collecting like mini-drones, nanoparticles in combination with all routine medical tests, e.g. blood tests – all of which will be used in order to deliver the services described above.
The APPLICATION incorporates all possible and known acumen of the conditions of a living organism, that is, cell biology, genetic and epigenetic basis, protein and other macromolecules’ and elements’ functionality and on the other, interpreting in a way using some kind, its own operating system for doing so.
The APPLICATION in its core – vocabulary – is based in the listing of all possible combinations of Amino Acids one by one and by any other, in the whole sequence that may follow, step by step adding an Amino Acid (from dipeptide to tripeptide, and so on into a polypeptide) under the prism of all the factors that can affect in the adding of a new peptide (pH, temperature, substrate concentration, presence of reducing agents that break the disulphide bonds, exposure in chemicals – solvent polarity, concentration of ions or molecules that can bind a protein, radioactivity, etc.). Previous state (sequence of nucleotides) and the relation with other macromolecules and elements is also taken into consideration.
The deployment of a procedures’ map where from, when and how these data can be collected and how they will be analysed will be defined and consist APPLICATION protocols. The data derived from human systems, organs, tissues and cells will be analysed and reviewed according to the vocabulary of the APPLICATION, essentially validating if there is deviation from the typical- under all known conditions that affect a word – protein in whole.
